Language Arts: Memorize I have a dream. Bridge to Terabithia, chapter 9
Math: Basic facts as always. Fractions booklet- we have been racing through and everyone is doing well. Good work! Finish up to (and including) page 34.
Social Studies: Regions test was today. Explorers sheets. Finished Jacques Cartier and Martin Frobisher.
Science: We made motors today. It was pretty cool! Review electricity info.

You have until tomorrow to ensure your homework duotang is complete.
Math: Be sure you understand equivalent fractions as well as how to compare and order fractions (finding the lowest common denominator).
LA: research for 5 paragraph animal article. It MUST look like this:
Paragraph 1.Introduction, your three big ideas. Concluing
Paragraph 2. Big idea number one with three supporting details.
Paragraph 3. Big idea number two with three supporting details.
Paragraph 4. Big idea number three with three supporting details.
Paragraph 5. Conclusion. Something general tied to the first paragraph idea. Is the animal endangered? What can people do to help the animal? etc.
