Things we need to work on at home through Google docs:

Reading response questions for chapters 1 and 2: We are doing a novel study of a book called: From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler.

Letter from New France: Students are writing a letter from the perspective of a colonist in New France in the late 1600s. They should include:

1.     What is the date?
2.     Who are you?
3.     What do you do?
4.     Where do you live? (where did you leave from?)
5.     Where will you go?
6.     What has life been like for you there? (Why are you leaving your home?)
7.     What is a fille du roi?
8.     What will life be like for you there and what challenges will you face?

Reads naturally (sounds like a real letter)
Paints a picture  (describes very well)
Plenty of details provided

Bread Lady activity money please!
